HSSE Policy

ARK Enterprise (Pvt.) Ltd. is committed to conducting its business activities in a manner that prioritizes the health, safety, security, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the public. We strive to achieve a zero-incident environment by actively engaging all employees and senior management in continuous improvement efforts. Our commitment extends to the proactive identification and elimination or minimization of hazards and HSSE risks associated with our operations. We believe that a safe and healthy work environment not only protects our people but also contributes to the sustainability of our business.

Accordingly the ARK’s policy is to:

1. Manage business with the goal of preventing incidents and no harm to people, assets and environment.

2. Identify hazards at work place, take appropriate measures to eliminate or control such hazards.

3. Provide necessary medical services for the treatment of employee occupational illness or injuries that may arise from work (as agreed with client).

4. Communicate with all employees HSSE matters, share experience and learning in the toolbox and HSSE meetings.

5. Design and maintain facilities & equipment establish & monitor management system, to ensure smooth safe operations.

6. Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations (as agreed with client) and apply reasonable standards where local laws do not exist.

7. Develop safety culture among staff, encourage and motivate through rewards / benefits.
