Drug-Free Workplace

ARK Enterprise (Pvt.) Ltd. is committed to fostering a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for all employees. This commitment extends to promoting a drug-free workplace. We achieve this through a comprehensive substance abuse prevention policy that outlines the following key initiatives:
ARK Enterprise prioritizes its employees' well-being. By promoting a culture of prevention, education, and support, we aim to create a healthy workplace environment free from the dangers of substance abuse. This policy protects our employees, fosters productivity, and ensures the well-being of our entire team.

In order to comply this policy company will:

1. Conduct random checkup for drugs and alcohol test to discourage the use of illegal drugs.

2. Demoralize those involved in alcohol drinking by counseling & where necessary imposing financial penalty.

3. Conduct general medical checkup of employees on periodic basis or when necessary.

4. Try to rehabilitate those involved in the use of drugs & narcotics.

5. Take strict disciplinary action or if required terminate the staff found under the influence of drugs after rehabilitation.
