Recruitment policy of ARK Enterprise (Pvt.) Ltd.

1. The Company will not employ any staff younger than 20 years and older than 60 years

2. The incumbent must have required competency academically qualification & have minimum 06 months working experience for the required job.

3. The incumbent should possess good moral character & should not involve in any criminal activities nor have any link with any government declared banned organization.

4. The incumbent should be mentally & physically fit to perform the given job and should not be addicted.

5. The incumbent should submit the attested credentials, certificates & documents where necessary to perform specific activity / job.

6. The Company may ask to furnish sound references from the worker prior to appointment.

7. The Company will comply all local legislation related to recruitment of their staff.
